Q: FAQ: What type of surface can the games be played on?

A: Our games are versatile and can be set up on  most flat surfaces (grass, concrete or pavement, indoor floors, artificial turf).  The surface must be firm and dry, we will not play on muddy conditions.  If you live on a hilly location, please inform us to see if we can operate for your situation. Please ensure the area is clean, flat, and free of sharp objects for the best game experience and safety.


Q: FAQ: Can you operate in public parks?

A: Yes, parks are excellent place to have the giant games, Although, it is important to check with your Parks and Recreation Department to see if there any permits required. Many parks require proof of insurance and or additional insurance.


Q: FAQ: What type of events are the games suited for?

A: GameZilla Games are a hit at all kinds of events. Birthday Parties (kids, teens & adults), Weddings (great for cocktail hour & outdoor fun), Corporate Events & Team Building, Family Reunions, School Events & Carnivals, Community Festivals, Graduation Parties, Baby Showers & Gender Reveals, Church Gatherings, BBQ & Backyard Parties, Fundraisers & Charity Events, Holiday Parties (4th of July, Halloween, Christmas, etc.)


Q: FAQ: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy. Cancellation made 7 or more days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed (based on availability) at no extra charge if done at lease 3 days prior to your event. In the case of severe weather, we offer free rescheduling or a full credit toward a future booking.


Q: FAQ: When should I make a reservation?

A: We recommend booking at least a month in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during weekends, holidays, and peak seasons (spring & summer). Last minute booking are welcome base on availability - but spots full up fast! The earlier you book, the better your game selection and time slot.


Q: FAQ: When to order food catering?

A: All orders must be place at least a month in advance. Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability. 50% down payment is required to confirm your order.  Balance is due upon pickup or delivery. 


Q: FAQ: When to pickup and deliver?

A: Pick up is available. Delivery may be offered for an additional fee (depending on distance). 


Q: FAQ: What are the accepted Methods of Payment?

A: We accept Cash, Zelle or will send an invoice to pay via Credit Card with a 4% fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.
